1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Resolution Retreats website (the "Site") or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered: Resolution Retreats provides live-in weight loss, health, and wellness retreats exclusively for women. Our retreats are designed to offer a calm escape from the busyness of life, focusing on promoting holistic wellbeing.

3. Booking and Payment: To book a retreat, you must complete the booking process through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment or a deposit, as specified during booking, is required to secure your reservation. Payment details and cancellation policies are outlined during the booking process.

4. Cancellation and Refunds: Please be aware that the Retreat deposit is refundable up until 30 days prior to your booked retreat. Last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. If cancellation is advised less than 14 days from the retreat start date, Resolution Retreats may withhold 50% of the retreat cost, unless the space can be filled with another full-paying guest. For cancellations advised less than 3 days from the retreat start date or during the retreat itself, Resolution Retreats may withhold 100% of the retreat cost, unless the space can be filled with another full-paying guest. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel your attendance. In such cases, cancellations can be made by emailing contact@resolutionretreats.co.nz. All credit notes and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed by the individual within this period.

5. Travel Insurance: Recognizing that plans can be unpredictable, we strongly advise all our guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance ahead of their visit. We recommend opting for a policy that safeguards against unforeseen circumstances, such as sickness or unexpected events that may prompt alterations to your plans.

6. When procuring insurance, carefully review the product disclosure statement to choose a coverage policy that best suits your needs. Resolution Retreats is not accountable for or liable for any costs associated with changes to your travel arrangements.

7. Spa Appointments and Wellness Menu Services Cancellation Policy: If an appointment has been scheduled and a cancellation or modification is requested less than 48 hours in advance, the complete cost of the treatment will be charged. Last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our team.

8. Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any health or fitness requirements necessary for participation in our retreats. It is important to disclose any relevant medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Participants must also adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by Resolution Retreats and its staff during the retreat.

9. Code of Conduct: Resolution Retreats is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants. We expect all participants to treat each other, staff, and facilities with courtesy and respect. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

10. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided on the Resolution Retreats website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, are the property of Resolution Retreats or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Resolution Retreats makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Site for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Resolution Retreats or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

14. Vouchers and Credits: All credit notes and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed by the individual within this period.

15. Changes to Terms: Resolution Retreats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
