To ensure your experience flows seamlessly, your spa treatment times will be thoughtfully scheduled during our afternoon Bliss Time. You’ll receive your personal appointment sheet within your welcome pack on arrival. This means you can relax knowing every treatment has been curated to complement your retreat journey without interrupting other activities.

For guests booked on our Unwind and Pamper Retreat packages, relaxation is taken to the next level with daily treatments, ensuring you feel deeply restored throughout your stay. As part of the Unwind Package, you’ll select your preferred daily treatments on the registration form emailed to you after completing your retreat booking. If a treatment cannot take place on a particular day, we’ll arrange the perfect alternative time so you don’t miss out on any part of your retreat experience.

Guests on our Single Suite or Twin Share packages will also enjoy a complimentary Flowpresso detoxifying compression treatment — an advanced, non-invasive therapy that blends compression, infrared heat, and deep pressure for a restorative 3-in-1 session.
