I have been on four Resolution Retreats so far! I keep coming back for many reasons, mostly because I enjoy the escape from my busy and stressful life. While on the retreat I feel so well, so light, so calm, and so happy. I have made the most amazing friends and learned so much about my body and mind that I never knew or appreciated before.
I also come back for the Health re-boot. I often fall off the wagon and the retreat sets me back on the right path again.
The facilitators are incredible women. All very supportive, caring and passionate about what they can do for you.
The facilities are excellent too. The day spa, the pool, the spa, the sauna, the gym.. (Just joking, I don’t use the gym!) And the food is so delicious and healthy. I miss Resolution Retreats when I’m not there, so I’ll definitely be back again soon.
